The reconstruction of Hotel Jeleň was divided into 3 stages.

The first stage began in 2003. The external facade of the building was rebuilt; roof frames and windows were changed. The aim of this stage was to start running the ground floor services and stopped further devastation of the building. This aim was finally met and in the autumn of 2004 the coffee bar and other commercial premises were opened on the ground floor of the hotel.

The second stage. At this stage, the first floor with its restaurant, congress hall, lounge and 10 rooms’ facilities was renewed in the accommodation part of the hotel. This stage of the reconstruction was completed in October 2007 when after 14years the hotel has re-established its operation.
The third stage. The third stages focused on reconstruction of the courtyard and completion of the guests’ extension. In the summer of 2007 began work on the extension of the accommodation part of the building. After its completion the number of hotel rooms increased from 10 to the final 23 rooms. In the second half of 2008 this part of the hotel also started working.
